Worst car buying experience ever! Salesman lied to us repairs that were supposed to be done weren’t done. Numerous delays they blamed it on parts delivery but we were told the parts were there. Took forever for them to actually declare the vehicle finished. When I made a Google rating, they acted as if all of the issues were minor, and we were blowing things out of proportion.

I started in August with a visit. Met Rick Klinkhammer and discussed vehicles. Over the course of several months with visits and phone calls to Rick with concerns and questions I returned in November to purchase my vehicle. Rick made sure all my details of contract were in line with my requests. I came back 2 days later to pick up my vehicle and Rick Klinkhammer spent over an hour with me going over all the cars features and even helped me preset the controls.
